★ Best of the Best
BlueParrott B350-XT
BlueParrott
B350-XT
96% noise cancelling — dispatch stops asking you to repeat

The one you see clipped to visors at every truck stop in America. The boom mic kills engine drone so the person on the other end hears you, not your Detroit. That is the whole job, and it does it.

  • 96% noise cancelling boom mic
  • All-day battery, charges fast
  • Programmable button for mute or voice assistant
  • Survives being dropped in a cab
  • Mono — one ear only
  • Boom mic looks like a headset, because it is one

Best Noise Cancelling
BlueParrott Pro B350
BlueParrott
Pro B350
98% noise cancelling — the top of the line

Two percent better on paper, noticeably better in a loud cab or standing next to a running reefer. If you take calls from the yard as often as the seat, this is the upgrade that earns its money.

  • 98% noise cancelling — best of the group
  • Handles yard and dock noise, not just cab drone
  • Long talk time
  • Same tough BlueParrott build
  • Most expensive mono option
  • Diminishing returns if your truck is quiet

Most Versatile
BlueParrott C400-XT Convertible
BlueParrott
C400-XT Convertible
Wear it over the head or over the ear

Converts between a headband and an over-the-ear hook. Sounds like a gimmick until hour nine, when the headband starts pressing and you want to switch without buying a second headset.

  • Converts headband ↔ ear hook
  • 96% noise cancelling
  • Comfortable for long shifts
  • Same programmable button
  • Extra parts to keep track of
  • Costs more than the straight B350-XT

Best for Music
BlueParrott S650-XT Stereo
BlueParrott
S650-XT Stereo
Stereo, so it works for audiobooks too

The stereo answer. If you run audiobooks or podcasts for ten hours and also need a work-grade mic, this covers both instead of making you carry two things.

  • Stereo — real listening, not just calls
  • Noise cancelling mic for dispatch
  • Long battery for full shifts
  • Doubles as your audiobook headset
  • ⚠️ Check your state law on both-ears-covered while driving
  • Bulkier than a mono unit

BlueParrott B250-XTS Mono
BlueParrott
B250-XTS Mono
The name-brand entry point

Lightest and cheapest way into a real BlueParrott. 91% noise cancelling instead of 96 — a step down, still a long way ahead of the earbuds in your console.

  • Lightest of the group
  • 91% noise cancelling
  • Real BlueParrott build at entry price
  • Good backup unit
  • 91% is noticeably behind the B350-XT
  • Shorter battery than the flagships

How to Choose

Before you buy

01 · The mic matters more than the speaker

You are not buying sound quality, you are buying being understood. A cab at highway speed is loud, and a phone speaker sends all of it to dispatch. The noise-cancelling boom is the entire product.

02 · Mono or stereo?

Mono leaves an ear open for the road, the CB and the yard. Stereo is better for audiobooks and podcasts. ⚠️ Several states restrict covering both ears while driving — check your state before you buy the stereo.

03 · 91% vs 96% vs 98%

The jump from 91% to 96% is the one you will actually hear. 96% to 98% matters if you take calls outside the truck — yards, docks, next to a running reefer. Inside a modern cab, 96% is plenty.

04 · Battery is a shift-length question

Anything here covers a normal shift. If you team drive or leave it connected all day, size up — a headset that dies at hour eleven is a headset you stop wearing.
